MAITI NEPAL'S

Integrated Farming, Agricultural Training, and Agro-Tourism Project

Empowering women with sustainable livelihoods is key to breaking cycles of vulnerability and exploitation. In collaboration with the Coca-Cola Foundation, we launched the Integrated Farming and Agriculture Training Project to provide survivors, rural women, and at-risk girls with essential agricultural skills. This initiative aims to establish a model farm and training center, equipping women with the knowledge and resources needed to achieve financial independence.

Looking ahead, we plan to expand this initiative into an agro-tourism center, creating more training and employment opportunities. In the first year, we aim to train at least 30 women, construct an office building with a hostel, build a cowshed, and introduce 10 cows for dairy farming. To ensure long-term sustainability, we will plant grass for fodder, enhance the landscape, and implement a well-structured development plan.

This project is more than just farming—it is about fostering resilience, independence, and a pathway to a secure future for the women we support.
